Our President, Bryan Graves began his banking career as a financial analyst.  In 1986 he accepted a management position with one of the nation’s largest banks where among other accomplishments, he wrote many of the Employee Training Policy and Procedures. His career path later moved him to California where in addition to managing banks for another of the nation’s largest banks, he was also a senior loan underwriter where he helped develop Bank of America’s automated underwriting system, similar to what Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac use today. He was also a legal representative for both banks. With his vast experience he saw the need to help more people than one bank could service and thus began the impetus for starting House Loans Mortgage Services Corp in 2003. He and House Loans Mortgage have grown to service much of the Western US and have become highly respected in the loan industry where they enjoy an outstanding relationship with banks and clients alike.  That relationship in the banking community has positioned and enabled House Loans Mortgage to be able to offer some of the lowest rates and fees in the industry for mortgage loans.
